Cook Award

The Cook Award is named in honor of the late Constance E. Cook, Cornell's first woman vice president, and the late Professor Emeritus Alice E. Cook, founding member of the Advisory Committee on the Status of Women. The Award honors individuals who deserve recognition for their commitment to women's issues and their contributions for changing the climate for women at Cornell.

Cornell Bowers CIS Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) awards

The awards, sponsored by the Cornell Bowers CIS’ Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), honor students and faculty whose efforts have cultivated a more welcoming and equitable environment at the college and within the broader computing and information science community.

One of the highest honors given to citizens outside of China that recognizes distinguished scientific achievements and contributions to promoting the development of science and technology in China.

This award is given to a foreign expert who has made an outstanding contribution to China's economic and social progress.
