Graduation Requirements for Undergraduates
- A grade of C- or better in all Computer Science courses. (This may involve the retaking of courses.)
- A grade of C- or better in any course required for CS electives (includes: Technical Electives, External Specialization, Major-approved elective, and Advisor-Approved Elective (for Engineering student)).
- Completion of all College and major requirements with a cumulative grade point average of >= 2.00.
- Completion of the University physical education, swim test, and residency requirements.
Procedure for Arts Students:
Arts College Application to Graduate
All students in the College of Arts and Sciences are required to submit, electronically an official Application to Graduate (Part 1: College Requirements and Part 2: Major Requirements). These e-forms must be completed and submitted during the next to last semester.
After completing the Part 1 portion of the Application to Graduate, students need to set up a time to complete the Part 2 portion with the undergrad office.

Graduation Review
Between the second semester of Junior year and before the end of the first semester of Senior year, students need to meet with one of the undergrad-office advisors, to go over the degree requirements and student checklist and make certain that students know what outstanding requirements need to be completed in order to graduate.
Students should either make appointments with the advising staff or visit during office hours. Office hours are posted at the Undergraduate Office contact page. Appointments are encouraged.
