The Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science is a one year professionally oriented degree which requires the completion of 30 credit hours of combined coursework and projects. The program is flexible in that students are able to complete work in areas which are of the most interest to them and which will help in the attaining of their ultimate academic and professional goals. Students may complete a program which is generalized and includes courses in several different areas of study or specialize in a particular area of interest such as artificial intelligence, graphics, systems and theory. Although there are no mandatory courses a student must take, there are specific requirements which need to be met to successfully complete the degree.
